By accessing or using FollowHunt ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

FollowHunt is a platform that coordinates founder-to-founder help exchanges. Users can:

• Create requests for help (e.g., feedback, X replies, testing)
• Accept tasks and submit proof of completion
• Review submissions and award credits
• Build public reputation through helpful contributions

FollowHunt does not automate any actions on X (Twitter) or any other platform. All actions must be performed manually by users.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must sign in with your X (Twitter) account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your profile information is accurate

4. Credits System

Credits are an internal unit of exchange within FollowHunt:

• Credits are earned by completing tasks and receiving "helpful" reviews
• Credits are spent when creating requests with bounties
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money
• Credits are non-transferable except through the task completion process
• We reserve the right to adjust credit balances to prevent abuse

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use bots, automation, or scripts to interact with the Service
• Submit fake, misleading, or plagiarized content
• Engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior or engagement trading
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Attempt to manipulate the reputation or credits system
• Violate X's Terms of Service through your participation here
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

6. Content Guidelines

All content submitted must:

• Be your own original work
• Be specific and actionable (not generic praise)
• Include valid, verifiable proof
• Comply with our Community Guidelines

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content, you grant FollowHunt a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and use your content in connection with the Service.

8. Moderation & Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Remove content that violates these Terms
• Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
• Adjust reputation scores or credit balances
• Block users from certain features

Decisions are at our sole discretion and may be appealed via support.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The quality of help you receive from other users
• Any specific outcomes from using the Service

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FollowHunt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email if available.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
